Going to start running again
Well, I made a decision to work out again. I've gained 20-25 pounds
since I stopped going to the gym. I got my treadmill back so I may as
well use it again.
I plan on going slowly for now. Maybe 2 miles a day. So, someone
better start making funeral arrangements for me right away.
I want to go down to 160. We shall see. I ran, jogged, walked,
crawled 2 1/4 miles. I can't believe I haven't been doing this.
Running is a very awesome way to take care of the stress but I guess
better late than never.
