According to....
My Wii Fit (the holy god of weightloss ofcourse) I have lost 2.2 lbs
in 14 days. I guess thats good, I was excited to see a smaller
number rather than the same or bigger thats fo'sho :) So I put my
new goal in to be 5 lbs more by the 18th (it does a body weight test
every 2 weeks) so we will see.
Side note: I got my whole day's food planned out and I told myself I
wasnt going to deny something I wanted I was just going to make
better choices and watch the portions....so for breakfast I got 2
donuts and a nesquik chocolate milk, that is lowfat and only 100
calories....TASTE'S LIKE ASS. Not that I know what ass taste's like
but Im guessing its probably this....and chalky ass at that. I was
so disappointed.
breakfast:
2 "small" donuts
1 small nasty milk
morning snack:
apple
lunch:
turkey and cheese sandwich on wheat bread
mini size bag of pretzels
afternoon snack:
chocolate chip granola bar
Unclear on dinner yet, but Im planning on chicken salad.
