The first day after

Well just finished the 7 day fat burning diet...and since I
was lazy and at the cabin and I didn't log it for everyone
to see I decided that since I actually lost 8 lbs on the
diet (YAY!) that I would continue to log my (i hope) future
progress.

I woke up late today (worked late last night) and had a
glass of juice and a fruit and nut granola bar (ick) we were
out fruit :(

Still have the urge to snack (stupid chips and dip cravings)
but surprisingly haven't had the urge to have a pop.

Not sure if I will have anythig for lunch today due to the
BBQ dinner we are having tonight .... mmmmm BBQ!

Still doing daily exercises, like i have been for a week
I do:

50 crunches
20 sit ups
10 push ups
15 leg lifts per leg
40 squats

and finish it off with a 15 min jog

so off to clean the house then work out:)

Now its later... and I cleaned the house (which is a work
out in itself) which is probably a good thing because
tonight I had the worlds biggest cheeseburger along with a
scoop of macarooni salad and 2 glassess of water. . better
up the workout tomorrow!
