Weight = 12 stone 9. Target 1 = 12 stone!
i'm starting off with 15 points. so i need to stick within
the limits. Trying to plan my daily meal. I'm working at
10 today so i'd like to eat something for breakfas so i'm
not starving to death. Then possibly some dinner when i
get home, then hopefully i wont need fed till i meet peter
tonight :) !
9am Breakfast plan...
1 slice bread (white=2 ,brown=1)
1 tbsp peanut butter = 2
Water to drink
TOTAL = 4 points
3pm dinner plan...
Hearty vegetable canned soup = 1 point
1 slice brown bread = 1
water to drink
TOTAL = 6 points
This leaves 9 points for night time and supper :)
