5 days.

In 5 days, I will be off to summer camp!
It lasts 5 whole weeks... do you know what this means?
no? well I'll tell you!

FIVE WHOLE WEEKS WITHOUT ANYONE WATCHING OVER ME TO SEE IF I EAT!!!

I already have a sort of "diet" in mind:

breakfast:
2 glasses of water (0 cal.)
fruit (around 65 cal.)

snack:
granola bar (around 90 cal)
fruit

lunch:
pasta (plain w/cheese)
2 glasses of water

dinner:
pasta
3 glasses of water
dessert

this is only a general idea of what I will be eating everyday...
If anyone notices I'm not eating as much, I will tell them my stomach hurts or
my throat hurts, or I'm recovering from sickness so I'm not that hungry...

LOTS of fruit.
LOTS of water.

I have also been doing a sort of "mini workout"

50 inner thigh exercise (on each leg)
30 crunches/sit ups
25 push ups

I do this every night before I sleep

I have also planned to run 30 minutes everyday
I also am taking swimming during camp to get back into shape

hopefully when I get back I will have some results! (:
