haha fork's exercise diary
day before starting.
right well here i am in my bed getting ready (mentally) for
the first day of my new exercise routine tomorrow!
i have no idea wot i am going to do! i did join fitness.tv and
downloaded an exercise planner! hopefully i will get
i have not weighed myself at present but will do tomorrow and
every week i will write how much weight i have lost doing my
new exercise routine and also post what i have done and how i
feel each week.
right well i am going to head to bed atm to get a good night
sleep before i start!!
