trying

Well, I'm really trying hard not to eat sugar - was doing
really well till last night and I just HAD to have
Cinnamon Life Cereal and then of course had it again for
breakfast this morning. Its amazing that I could do
without it for 3 weeks the first time but each time I try
to give it up now, I seem to only be able to go for a few
days. Right now, I'm just trying not to feel guilty about
having eaten sugar after 5 days without it but it's really
difficult.
