Weight Loss 1
Ok, so obviously the date is the 22/03/10. This morning I
weighed 84.6 Kgs. For my height (5'2 or 157cm) I should be
between 50-55 Kgs. At the end of each day, I will be
recording my total calorie intake for the day. My Goal
calorie intake is 1200 calories. I'd like to focus on
protein, creamy low in fat soups, water and Tea.
As far as exercise goes, I'm going to normally walk 3 sets
of half an hour a day but unfortunately today I won't be
able to do that, (I had energy alcoholic drinks last night
and didn't sleep much at all). I think the best I can do
today is just half an hour. Here is my food diary for today...
1) 1x Protein Revival (Protein shake) - 267 Calories
2) 1x Coles Strawberry Yoghurt 200g - 224 Calories
3) 2x Bluetongue Premium Lager 4.9% - 144 Calories
