Martial Arts

So I think I am going to be taking Tae Kwon Do this semester
and I am pretty excited about it. The center was talked into
giving students a pretty good discount for unlimited classes a
week and I am already pretty happy about it. I think I am
going to build up my endurance a bit for this first week and
then I am going to start up the first week of February. That's
also the time I am going to be returning to my personal
trainer so I am going to be getting tons of exercise for the
next few months. I am looking to lose all the holiday weight
plus some additional weight and right now I am feeling pretty
motivated by everything in my life. I feel inspired to eat
healthy. I've been craving my sweet tooth by eating these
caramel flavored rice cakes combined with tea with a couple of
packs of splenda for a total amount of 50 calories which isn't
bad compared to the typical three or four hundred calories
pastry. Not the best thing, but sugar is an addiction for me
and for the past day, I haven't eaten anything that would be
considered a pastry and my calories from sugar have been very
minimal. So far my room is still clean which is a miracle and
I am getting into the habit of just cleaning up a little
before I leave the room combined with 5 minutes of cleaning
before I settle into bed for the night. I think I am going to
do another one hundred jumps of the jump rope making my total
200 for today. I might also eat an orange. I am going to try
and time my jumps so that I can get somewhat of an estimate of
my calories burned number. Oh and my mom and I have roped my
uncle and dad into paying us 10 dollars for every pound we
lose between now and May 15th(when I get home from school). So
even if I lose 30 pounds, that will be 300 dollars. So awesome
