A Bride's Maid

On Sunday I telephoned a friend of mine to inform her that I
won't be attending her Halloween party this Saturday. She
was sad about this because a lot of her close friends have
declined.It's not that we don't care, none of us has a car
to travel there. Anyways, she told me that this party means
a lot to her and her boyfriend because they are engaged!!!!!

I am soooo happy for her!!!!

One of my closet friends, and first, is getting married!!!!!

She asked me to be one of her four bride's maids! I felt so
honored. I knew she would get married but it never ever
occurred to me that she would ask me to be apart of it.

I woke up from a nap this afternoon and it hit me, as a gift
to her I would like to give her a diamond necklace or even
ear rings. But this is just a rough idea. I don't know if
I'll be working around the time she gets married and I don't
know how much money I'll forking out for the dress.

Anyways, that's just a reminder for myself.
