I went down in the kitchen/hurt myself back worse

Last night I was walking and the rug in the kitchen slipped
out from under me and I went down on my back.
When I got up I couldn't bend over, I hurt so bad.
This morning I'm still hurting like crazy and watching
myself as I move my side and my back, i hurt so bad.
I made an appointment see a doc about how bad I'm
hurting today,my pain patches aren't helping my pain not one
little bit for me.
I was crying last night i was hurting so bad.I took 3 pain
pills and they didn't help a bit. I sure hope this doc can
help me,that I see later today.
This is the wore pain I've had in a long time.
