My back,neck help please

It seems my life is never going to get any better and with
someone saying there are people worse off than me I know
that and always have.
But when your feeling lousy and seizing you don't want to
hear about others you just know how you feel.
I don't think I'm selfish but now it seems that others think
I am.I'd like them to trade places with me for a month and
have my seizures.
