dining on the fresh waves
crashing headlong into surf

it's the oceans sweat frenzy,
ravaging my mind and cooling me
off, grading my movements

the erstwhile air, bending me
into the saline scented depths,
binding me to the rock bottom

the dolphin laughs as he jumps
across my bow-plane, and flashes
me with the eyes of wonder

shorelines creeping up on me,
the jagged wave curls behind,
waiting to feast on my board

my out stretched arms, I splay my
hand against the willow wall, and
with tempestuous glee, I glide
