Trouble Breathing

Ugh...

No more eating like that just before bed...last night,
Alexis, Geoff and Heather came over and we had a long
overdue meeting of Nevada Spooks. Afterward, at around
11PM, I got a wild hair up my ass to cook a huge
breakfast...bacon, sausage, eggs, hash browns, pancakes.
Heather, Geoff, Reg and I stuffed ourselves. It took me
forever to fall asleep (until about 5AM), and I had to wake
up early (around 8AM), and I tossed and turned in between
the little sleep I did get.

Now I'm at work, feeling almost hung over...tired, my
stomach is a mess...just icky. On a good note though, I
seem to be over that horrible cold/flu I've had since Xmas.

I also got a lot of stuff done this weekend. Saturday, Reg
and I cleaned the house--only to mess it up again, lol.
Yesterday, we did some necessity shopping, picked up my
suit and shirts from the dry cleaner, and I went and got
new glasses. Later this week, I'll have three new pairs of
glasses--a pretty cool new pair of main frames; a decent
pair of backup frames; and a pair of prescription
sunglasses! Yea! My vision has changed, but thankfully,
there's nothing wrong with my eyes, which is good.

So yesterday was a full day, and tomorrow, after spending a
couple of hours at work, I drive to Temecula for a
conference, so I'll be out of town for a few days. Tonight,
after I get home from work, I'm only going to pack my bag
and go to sleep early. I need it!

The only other interesting thing to report is that I bought
Idiocracy...and it's a brilliantly hysterical movie. I
highly recommend it to anyone with a shred of intelligent
thought left. (The movie's premise is about what our dumbed-
down society could be like in 500 years. It's scary and
hilarious at the same time...pure genious). It's directed
by Mike Judge (Office Space, King of the Hill, etc.) and
I'd wager is his best effort yet.
