Time Magazine

TIME magazine recently put a mirror on the cover and
named "you" their vote for 2006 person of the year. I
would just like to go on record as saying, "What a crock of
bullshit."

The actual premise of the award is that the information
age, the internet, and users like myself have had the most
impact on society. Wow. The internet. I've never heard of
that before 2006....

Seriously, this appointment represents nothing more than a
complete cop-out by the editors of TIME. They couldn't
pick anybody for person of the year, so they resorted to a
lame, cheap trick and did an issue about computers. That
shit's been done: the last time I checked, computers are
old news.

Not that this is a big surprise from TIME magazine. It's
basically a bunch of liberal banter written by third
graders from Rwanda. The last quality piece they printed
was a cigarette advertisement in 1986. I would use it to
wipe my ass, but I don't usually keep it around the house
long enough to bother...

The worst part about TIME's little blunder is that they
didn't even give me a free copy. What the hell? I'm
person of the year, damnit! I deserve a free issue!

On a brighter note, I now have something amazing to add to
my resume.
-Worked as a Fry Cook at Jay Peak Resort, 2005
-Filled boxes in Chocolate factory, summer 2006
-Time Magazine Man of the Year, 2006...
