tears**poem**

Who will wipe away my tears?
Who will be there to catch them when they fall?
Who will chase away my fears when I have become part of
them all?
Who will comfort me when I cry?
Who will help me make it through the day?
Who will keep my face dry with comforting words that they
would say?

I will wipe away your tears; I will be there to catch them
all
I will chase away your fears in which you seem to always
fall
I will comfort you when you cry, and I will help you make
it through the day
I will keep your face dry with the comforting words I will
say

Who will help me ease this pain?
Who will be there in the midst of the storm?
Who will help me regain the strength to reform?
Who will help me in the struggles that I go through?
Who will keep me from drowning in my tears?
I know it has to be you cause I know your presence when
you’re near

I will help you ease your pain. I will be there in the
midst of your storm
I will help you regain your strength for you to reform
I will help you in your struggles; I will keep you from
drowning in your tears
It had to be me cause my presence will always be near

Tonight I ask the same question, who will dry my tears?
The same person over the years that chases away my fears,
who always know what to say and you know that their
presence is always near
