Chasing My Tail

Once again I came into work and started at 7:30 as apposed
to starting at my 8:30 designated time. And this is after
mind you, I vowed to come in and have a nice relaxing
morning despite knowing my day would be a hot mess.

But no, I had to come in and start, because my boss came in
less then five minutes after I walked through the door and
she just tore into me. "How's the recert list coming?". I
told her I haven't had the time to do it since I've been
trying, and quite unsuccessfully to get the filing down in
medical records.

Then she lays into me again, and don't get me wrong, it's
not that she's yelling and screaming at me. She's just
questioning me, which really, really gets under my skin
bad.

I mean, I'm trying as hard as I can for doing something
that I hate more then anything and I've been going as fast
as I can for charts not being made yet and I've been
starting early for the last two days, so really... It's
time to face reality people; medical records needs a
fulltime person! DESPERATELY!!! It's hard enough to do
the one job that I have (which I had gotten chewed out for
fucking up on Monday if you remember) and then have to do
filing all day, which takes all-day and then some!

Ooooh... If I've said it once I've said it a squillion
times, I CAN'T TAKE IT!!!

Well, when I go home tonight, I continue with my News Radio-
a-thon. Watching that last night had me on the floor
dying. God, I forgot how funny some of that shit was.
Like the part where Beth was trying to quit smoking and she
was chewing all this gum, and said she to Dave, "Why don't
you go to my doctor and get me fitted for a diaphragm?" And
Dave answers, "Why don't you just use your gum." OH!!!
Classic, classic craziness!!!

So tonight, I'm in the mood for more classic News Radio
craziness.

Woo-hoo: Wai, it's nearly the weekend! Thank God.
Another few days in this urban office death trap and I
think I would go completely insane.

Barf: Bah, y'all know how I feel about filing, so why go
into it again.
