GET HAPPY!

When everyone hears my name, they’ll think “She is always
happy”, or “She is CRAZEE”, or “The mental one” or “She is
really nice”, or some say “She is never sad”. Which is
soooooo not true all DA time.
But I try to be happy when I am with other people

I actually don’t always feel good all da time as u think,
so I write it down and hopefully someone would like to
share with me. Because I think squashing feelings down and
pretending they’re not there is WRONG. If u do that, its
like cleaning your room by shoving everything into the
closet and closing the door. Sure, u don’t have to look at
the mess, but now u can’t use the closet! Denying what u
feel closes off a part of the whole u. And you definitely
don’t want to do that. The other problem with squashing
down feelings is that, sooner or later, they’re bound to
explode, making u feel even worse than if u had dealt with
them to begin with.

There are some steps to be happy, they really work….
1.Sit with the sun on ur face, or dance in the rain,
Connecting 2 the nature, and the world, can bring on a
smile and make u realize u are not alone.
2. Start a journal of the good things in ur life. Fill it
with photos that will make u smile, sweet quotes and lists
of all the fun things you’ve done. Read it when u are
feeling blue
3. Tell urself, if it doesn’t matter in five years time,
it doesn’t matter now. Don’t dwell on things that u can’t
change, or aren’t important in the long run. Focus your
enegy on being happy NOW.
4.You are in control of ur life and on-one can take that
power away from u. If u feel you’ve lost control, work out
why and do something to fix it (like talking to a
boyfriend, girlfriend, or family and friends) You are
directing ur life- don’t give up the power for anything or
anyone.
5. Sleep in one the weekend or get up early and do
something u haven’t done 4 ages. Watch the sunrise. Listen
to the birds singing. Realise how lucky u are to get up
and choose what to do with ur day, and ur life.
6.Not getting what u want is sometimes a wonderful stroke
of luck. Whatever is meant to be will happen-and it will
often be BETTER.
7.Wear something bright and colourful, or a little bit
kooky, and watch everyone around u cheer up. Wear furry
ears on ur hat, or fairy wings, or a funny outfit, it will
make u smile, too.
8.Hang out with ur closest friend (Can be boyfriend, and
girlfriend) and remember the simple pleasure of someone u
care about to talk to, plan things with and share secrets
with.
9. CAREFULLY CHOOSE A PRESENT FOR SOMEONE THAT U KNOW THEY
WILL LOVE, WATCH THE REACTION WHEN THEY OPEN IT, SEEING
HOW MUCH THEY LOVE IT WILL MAKE U FEEL GR8!
10.Try to remember the good feeling u had when u woke up
after a sweet dream. You might not remember the specific
details, but it will stay with u all day!
11. Being happy is a choice- when u open ur eyes in the
morning, u can choose 2 be in a good mood or a bad mood,
SO RISE AND SHINE!
12. Do something u love! Play with ur dog, go to the
movies and stock up on chips, popcorn or the ultimate cure
for any depression-CHOCOLATE!YUMMMMMMM….
13. Enjoy a long talk or kissing marathon with ur sweetie
girlfriend or boyfriend.
14. Read a book that u might enjoy, reading is the best
way to go when u r bored and feeling down.
15. THERE ARE MORE THAN 10 ZILLION WAYS TO BE HAPPY, BUT U
WILL HAVE TO DECIDE THE REST URSELF…I gave u a gr8 start!

Today has been okay, my brother went to Kelvin’s birthday
party and I went singing, it was a really gr8 lesson. GEE
eissteddfod is next sat! WOW s*** its 7 days away, do u
think I’ll do fine? Well I hope I will!
You better wish me good luck!
Remember how I was saying why on earth people get mad at u
for talking to them when they want u as a company in the
first place? Its still driving me insane coz I really
don’t think I have done anything wrong that can make them
mad, ITS THEIR FAULT. I am here to announce to the people
that I really don’t care if u are still mad at me because
you are just being really stupid.
Can’t wait till the social! It’s the coming Friday! I will
be able to see everyone there and hang out and have a gr8
time.
GUESS WHAT! Harry Potter is coming out on my birthday! I
can’t wait. (It’s one of the best feelings when u feel so
excited don’t cha reckon?! ) I can’t wait till my
birthday. I have been sick on my birthday for 3 years in a
row so I hope I won’t be sick for the coming one.
Its Mother’s day tomorrow and I have to sing again, to be
honest, I am really getting sick of singing all the time.
BUT I HAVE NO CHOICE!
