Dangerous Game

3 Doors Down - Dangerous Game

This weekend. I do not think I can articulate the events
of the weekend. I had to go home (because some girl
railed my car last Friday) to get an estimate and drop it
off to get repaired. Knowing I would have to leave it for
an extended period of time, Laura followed me home so we
could go back to school together. Our intentions were to
spend one quiet night at home and then to come back
Saturday afternoon so we could spend time with Ben's
friends from home who refer to me as "the crazy Asian
girl". Anyway our one quiet night from home turned into
the longest drunken night in existence.

We had planned to hit up the Brewing Co. for dinner and
then to watch movies or tv at home so we could get up and
make the trip back to school. Hopefully early enough to
get some work accomplished. Little did we know, Todd was
in town and asked us to stop by Woodhouse's to meet his
friend Aaron. Aaron had the hottest friend named Chris
who refused to let Laur and I leave, and we all had a good
time. Aaron had a really cool sister too so we all put a
few back before deciding to leave around 12:42. I realize
that is pretty exact but the only reason why I remembered
was because I was pestering Laur to stop and by beer at
Walmart on the way home, saying we still had time.

Well I didn't get the beer. We got home and pestered
people on the phone to see what they were up and ended up
going out at 2:00am to go to a party. Most people would
think that I would stumble home from a party at 2am and
not heading out to one at that hour. Wrong again. I was
wired for some reason and decided that since I had killed
the rest of the remaining beer in the refrigerator, I
wanted more. Mills was having the party and I ended up
speaking with him and to my surprise, my cousins had just
walked in the door there. I made them come and take me to
the party because I was too lazy to walk 4 or so blocks.

The party. We get inside the party and it was full of
people from high school that I never associated with. I'm
the preppy girl entering a party basically full of drug
addicts. Laur was with me so at least I was not alone. I
remember people giving us punch and without hestitation I
told her to put it down. Later we found out that they had
put roofies in the punch so I was definately glad I went
with my instincts on that one. I saw Mark again which was
nice but I'm starting to think he is gay. I mean I know
he isn't but seriously what else does a girl have to do?

I also met another kid from Bath named Derek Z. He seems
to have his story mixed up and I think it is quite
hysterical. He is almost 26, graduated very high in his
class from RIT and had a job where he raked in over 90K.
Somehow he now lives at home and is working for G.A.P.S.
To me his company seems fishy. I know other people who
work there and it seems like a drug trade with hoodlums
who go around and blow shit up while being high. I met
their boss over the weekend too. Ha... he looked younger
and more retarded than the rest.

Anyway I am somehow involved with three of the guys who
work at G.A.P.S. Not involved persay, but more along the
lines of liking one and having others up on me.

The walk home. I did not realize it was 5:15 in the
morning since about 30 minutes before Peter was calling
and we talked. Normally drunken conversations take place
around 2am, not 5. Without knowing what time it was I
started drunk dialing anyone and everyone. Apparently I
called Kyle, my phone said 5:14am, and the only thing I
could do was ask him what he was doing and why? "Sleeping
Kal, I have to get up for work in an hour". Who would
have thought. I also twisted my ankle in a pothole and
proceded to roll around in the middle of the road yelling
how badly it hurt. Damn flip flops. By the time we
flagged down a ride home I was standing in the driving
talking to someone when I saw this carload of people pull
up. I yelled to them that there wasn't a party and asked
them who we were. Apparently it was the paperboy. "You
are doing a great job..." Yeah, so anyway being
completely obliterated at 6am and having to drive my
cousin home at 9am was a task.

After that long ass night we were unable to make a
recovery to manage the drive back to Bucknell. Being
hungover, having no motivation, being ass tired, and
haven't finished the laundry we took home made us decide
to stay Saturday night. It was a shame not being able to
drink with Ben's friends again. It is also pretty funny
that I am referred to as the crazy asian girl. The night
I met them I was off my knocker, that's for sure.
Hopefully they will be back next year so they can have one
last dose of my wrath.
