Start of the food diary

after monitoring my constant regaining of weight, it's
time to restart what got me going back in the first place.
The food diary. Yes pet, I'll still throw in stuff to you
and about you...like I love you even if you are a major
pain in the booty.

Anyways. Morning weight said 322. Unacceptable. It's get
back on track day.

Breakfast: one diet pepsi.

This will change as I got some cereal and skim milk. It's
never good to skip meals, especially this one.

Lunch: 1 diet pepsi
1 sandwich made of 2 slices of 7 grain bread, 2
slices of Boar Head londonport roast beef and 2 slices of
munster cheese. fat free mayo, honey mustard, 2 tomato
slices and 2 pickle slices.
1 small (and I do mean small) amount of ice cream
1 100 calorie pack of fruit chew
4 pieces of sugar free life savers

Dinner: 1 diet pepsi
1 jerk chicken marinaded breast
1 can of honey glazed carrots
1 sugar free creamcicle
1 100 cal fruit chew pack
1 bottle of Propel

I've gone and thrown out the ice cream. I don't need it or
want it. Hopefully this is a good start to getting my
weight back down.
