Don't ask why

What if what you thought was always yours never really was.
Without revealing the true source of my article's stemming
pain....I'd like to go on by saying that there are some
things better off never having had been asked, "..and why
not?" I had reserved that questioned for a particular
person and the reason why I never delivered it was because
I knew myself too well and the answer would only have
killed me. I'd love to live my life knowing why this
person never wanted to return something back..but not
knowing preserves my heart. I want to tell the world of
this pain, but perhaps on rainy day. Until then...don't
ask why.
