Eat 4-6 small meals each day, most of them will be low carb.

Don't drink any alcohol (except on special occasions)
before 8pm.

Take a small walk, breath and think each day.

Make and keep all important appointments.

Choose a room each week to clean.

Search for yard sell and buy what I need for the apartment.

Say prayers and morning affirmations each day.

Contact a friend each week.

Learn and practice Spanish each day.

Do something constructive on my computer each day.
