my stupid mouth

*rolls eyes*

ah, i thought of something to write about. i went to
lunch with scott and emily...not by choice so much as they
were the only ones available. they were telling me how
they think mike needs to make more straight male friends
besides scott. now, since mike wasn't there to defende
himself, i did it for him. there are several reasons why
this defense was needed. first of all, mike has other
male friends besides scott. he has lots of friends from
home, whom he talks to all the time. and i would know
because he calls them while we're all around and
everything. and he also has other friends here. i kind
of take this as an insult to colleen and i because, even
though we are girls, we're really close with mike. it's
not like he's lacking in the friend department and doesn't
have anyone to rely on. but that's not the case anyway.
he has lots of friends from political forum and the
democrats' club. they may be more like good
acquaintances, but that's really all any of the 5 of us
have outside of each other.

and speaking of having friends outside of each
other...emily and scott are attached at the hip (not to
mention numerous other body parts) and hardly have friends
besides one another. i mean, i'm sure they have friends
from home, but i rarely see either of them with other
people. and emily's friends from home can't even be that
good because none of them visited her while she was in the
hospital over break. besides that, they are pushing away
the few good friends that they have here. colleen and i
are very fed up with their excessive, disgusting pda. and
even mike is getting annoyed. whenever they start to get
a little (and by that i mean A LOT) too close while we're
all in the room, he says, "guys, we have company." and
you can't tell me mike isn't bothered by having an extra
roommate. it's not just an invasion of physical space.

so they basically have no reason to say he needs to get
more friends.

then, they said how mike just stays in the room all the
time that he's not in class. now, this isn't true
either. come to think of it, he's involved in more
extracurricular activities than either emily or scott. in
fact, he couldn't eat lunch with us because he had to meet
with the other democratic club board members. so he
doesn't spend all his time in their room. and emily
should talk, she spends a whole lot of time in their room
even though she doesn't technically live there.

so i told them that some people are just like that; they
like to stay in their rooms. i mean, it's not like
there's a whole lot to do between classes and stuff during
the day. what are you going to do? go run a marathon?
bake a cake? start a business? i don't think so. so he
likes to play video games? so what?

then emily said something about me being like that, too.
staying in my room, i guess. i told her i'm not like
that. i think she was joking. she said something else
about it not really being true. wutevs. i don't stay in
my room. it just so happens that i need to spend a lot of
time in here because i actually do my work. i got to
class, i do my work...imagine that? maybe she should try
it sometime. oh wait, making out and sleeping takes up a
lot of time, doesn't it? i guess if i had to do that most
of the day, i wouldn't have time to do work either.

so, in conclusion, emily is the last person who should be
criticizing people. it's ironic, though, because she
criticizes the rest of us, including scott, more than
anyone else. it's so unnecessary.
