oh.. i got a little advice from some random person on how
to be stress free. this is what they said:

The way to un-stress is to focus on the things that you
appreciate. Keep your mind off of what is stressing you,
no matter what it is. Do this as often as you can.

This will help.

it's interesting how different people and different books
have different approaches.
