I just needed to write a note and express my total
confidence that I WILL NEVER SMOKE AGAIN. I just feel like
this button has gone off in my head and I am feeling more
confident about this quit than I have ever felt at any
previous time.

I still know there will be some bumps in the road, but I
CHOOSE NOT TO SMOKE, ever again!!
