Sunday March 14, 2004 - Quit Net Post

Hey gang,

Well, the last time I tried to quit cold turkey, I lasted 3
days and then gave in into my cravings for a cigarette in
the midst of writing another Term Paper.

Today, I am into Day 5 of another quit and I am back on the
patch. Yesterday, I purchased a copy of Allen Carr`s Easy
Way To Stop Smoking. I started reading this book and could
not put it down.

I cannot believe how I allowed myself to be conned so
deeply by those nasty cigarettes.

So today, there for the grace of god I go. I keep telling
myself that I am one puff away from a pack of smokes a day.
