My quit smoking adventure

Hello everyone,

This will be my ongiong quit smoking and personal journal
regarding my efforts to stay smoke free and get into shape
physically!!

On the cusp of 2005, my personal goal is to stay smoke
free, work my way off the nicotine patch, and maintain my
regular schedule at the Gym.

I am going to cut and paste my Quiet Net Journal to give
you some history regarding my struggles with stopping
smoking.
