Lifes Sonnets

She

She

Windswept in the cold winters breeze,
Everything in disarray but perfect,
A smile to warm the hearts,
The eyes that remind you of that log fire at home,
For just one second, all is fine
Life smiles when you smile at it,
Her warm embrace takes everything away.

As time slips by, the smile never goes,
God knows why, i never have,
Lucky as a royal flush,
Never one to go to the other side,
My grass is fine, 'thankyou very much'.
Tis gold, platinum and diamonds,
A warmth inside that never dies,
A feeling of bliss.

I never believed in perfection,
And probally still do not,
But i know when its near,
Just smile at life, and it smiles right back,
Put your arms and take the hold,
She and the Lord look over you,
If you let them.
Never doubt, and do not falter,
For happiness shall ever bloom.
