one more addiction?

ok, so i knew that i was addicted to sugar and internet,
now i'm starting drinking wine everyday.... i hope this
doesn't turn into another addiction, i have enough of
them.... i'm drinking about a bottle a day.... everyday....
i really feel i need it to get through the day..... i'm
also depressed and life sucks at the moment. i'm on 5
different medications and i know i'm not supposed to be
drinking..... oh, well.....
