my stupid mouth

jeter sucks a rod

it was good to go home this weekend, but by the end i
wanted to come back. my mom was driving me crazy. it's
no that i don't expect to have chores to do when i go
home, but i worked over 20 hours and had a ton of
schoolwork to do, which, needless to say, did not get done.

i took the t all by myself on thursday and went to
stonehill. taryn's room seems much bigger than mine, and
the food is better there than here. but nothing beats
boston and our small campus. her friends and suitemates
were all really nice, but i felt slightly out of place and
was missing my friends here. her roommate is mad crazy.
i was in their room while taryn had class, and lauren came
back; she just talked and talked to me...about stuff you
don't typically tell someone you don't know. then she
gave me fudge, so it was all good.

work was good on saturday. i had missed everyone. jacy
was there, and steph came back to work, too. i hadn't
expected that; i was excited to see her. no one else
there would have appreciated that i saw my former academic
decathlon "coach" while i was working. sunday went by
much more slowly. josh didn't work, and debbie worked a
different shift from the rest of us, so i barely saw her.
jeremy was there (he had called in on saturday because he
was too hung over to work). he insisted that i had missed
him while at school. i humored him, poor kid. he always
tells me that i miss him when i don't see him for awhile.
i jokingly told him that i thought about him every day.
haha huuuuuge exaggeration. there's some random new guy
on marketing now. his name is rich, and he's a freaking
third year freshman in college. he fell asleep on break.
no joke. set the alarm on his watch and everything.
apparently, all he talks about is his former job...working
at target.

my mom dropped me and my tons and tons of stuff off at
sarah's monday afternoon, and her mom brought us back
here. it seemed like no one was around yesterday...and
they still seem to be missing. i've barely seen anyone.
emily stayed here all weekend and then found out her
grandfather died, so now she has to go home. she already
left, and i barely got to see her at all. and colleen
still isn't back yet. she stayed home to spend one more
day with her boyfriend. mike's here. i did not miss the
arguing all weekend. i'm going over to watch the red sox
soon. when did i become a baseball fan? i used to
profess my hatred for the sport, and now i frequently
watch entire games. i guess it's my newest form of
procrastination. (thank mike's t-shirt collection for the
entry title.)
