Check the wine list below -- I bet ya can't look at it
without getting a little moist. I think I will get Dave
King to do some judicious buying of cases of Aussie wines
in my absence. He can buy them now, with my fat American
Dollars, and I'll enjoy them 3,4,5 -- 10 years down the
road, older, mellowed, more quality (me and the wine
both!). He has some connections to smaller vineyards with
naturally smaller outputs that make really fine stuff that
most don't know about.

Anyway, The list is from the Trevi Fountain restaurant in
Nowra, Australia, closest town of any size to where my
parents live -- where I call home.

It was Mum and Dad's birthdays recently, and I wanted Dad
to take Mum out for an excellent dinner, out some where
she'd never go herself, never spend that kind of money, go
crazy, so to speak. And so they are going to the Trevi
Fountain -- a local Italian Restaurant. Nothing exotic,
same place they always go -- nice but predictable.

Bugger them both! Here I am ten thousand miles away, trying
top do something special, thwarted because mum is
a "Homebody." Shit on homebody. When I go back I'll have to
do the job right -- do it myself.
