Having more SZ'sincreased meds have insomnia

Hello Diary,
I'm really going down in my seizures now in the kitchen on
the sidewalk.
Hurting myself and nothing is working at all!!!!!!
I just feel hopeless and useless.
My depression is back and worse now.
I dont care what happens to me and I dont think anyone else
does either I'm just in the way for everyone is all!
They'd be better off without me thats for sure.
