DAILY FEATURES

DINNER: Homemade sub sandwiches, potato salad and root beer
with ice cream cones for a late night dessert

WHAT'S IN JOHN'S LUNCHBOX: Two containers of iced tea and a
thermos of coffee. Vendors are bringing in food today so I
didn't need to pack a lunch for him

QUILTING: I started a new quilt top. No, not the Birthday
Rose, as I am tired of the dark colors of primitive quilts,
but a bright scrap quilt to be set in yellow and white.

GRATEFUL FOR: Iced tea

WEATHER: Oh, my, it's HOT! Clear with highs of 103 degrees
and more promised for tomorrow
