Mind, Body, and Soul in Flames

I know, it's been a while...

Well... I've been sitting on pins and needles hoping for
this job at the hospital. I got my call Wednesday morning
telling me I was scheduled for my drug screening and
physical Thursday at 1 pm. Great! Until I get there and
find out I have to have A a shot and B blood drawn.
*TERROR* Sheer, stark, naked TERROR! I was still sitting
in the chair at 2:30 trying to get up my nerve. I finally
called my lover and he sent Adam and Jimmy over to sit
with me. They were goddess sent, I swear. They are both
very large, very sturdy, very trustworthy men who I could
trust my back to in battle, let alone trust them to keep
me safe from a few pudgy nurses. Fearis arrived in time
for the blood test. Thankfully that was a one time deal,
the injection to test for TB, however, will be annual...
*shivers* But, with their help I went through with it and
I start orientation on Monday. Who says chivalry is dead
and there are no knights left in the world. So they
weren't in shining armor or riding white steeds, they
still came to help me when I really really needed them and
that meant the world to me. And on another bright note, I
got dayshift! 7a - 3:30p.

I've been thinking... I think my lover and I should learn
to waltz. No, hear me out, because I want our dance at
our wedding to be Moonlight Sonata. I think that would be
beautiful. There are several other songs I want to play
as well. Namely: Music of the Night (Andrew Lloyd
Webber), Fur Elise (Beethoven), Past the Point of No
Return (Andrew Lloyd Webber), and a certain song by VAST
with violins and Cellos, very pretty song.

Have to see what my lover thinks. I know he likes those
songs, but I have to find out what he thinks about the
first dance being a waltz to Moonlight Sonata.

Anyways, I will write again after orientation is over and
let everyone know how it went :)

*hugs to all*
