to break and enter

today was a pretty good day. my boyfriend is still a
mute, from sickness or something, that's not too good,
altho it's kinda fun talking through hand signals and all
such as that. yea but i do miss hearing his voice.

so, like i said, today was pretty good. i think the best
part was having to break into the band room. ::laughs:: it
was great. my boyfriend took me home today and had his car
keys in the pocket of his jacket. it got sorta hot during
class, so he took it off. heh, by the time the bell rings
after an hour and a 1/2 band class, people litterally run
for the door. we left and walked to the other side of
egypt, because band seems to be contaminated or something,
and they have us stuck off down in a hole, so its a decent
walk to get back to civilization, assuming you can call
them civilized. we walked all the way to his car, then
realized he'd left his jacket in the band room, with his
keys in the pocket. we left our stuff beside his car (it's
a miricle nobody took it, tho i didnt have anything worth
taking anyway.)i stayed and talked to people and he ran
back to the other side of nowhere, only to see our band
director driving away. he waved at him, trying to get him
to stop, but, seeing as how he cant talk, he couldnt get
his attention other than to get him to wave goodbye as he
drove off. he came back and after a couple of minutes
decided to go find a janitor. we found one and it took a
minute to convince him that he could trust me with his
keys. we walked BACK to the bandroom, opened the back door,
since that was the one that is supposedly NOT hooked up the
alarm. he gets about 1/2 way to his jacket and the alarm,
the most annoying, incessant noise i've ever heard, went
off. my boyfriend decided he'd shut it off, and went and
poked buttons for awhile. it didnt work, but it was really
funny none the less. after he got tired of poking buttons,
he retrived his jacket and left. we met the janitor guy, i
gave him back his keys, and told him we set off the alarm.
he said oh well and that it'd go off eventually. i hope it
does. so after all that we walked, once again, up to his
car and he took me home. so yea, that was my adventure for
the day. i have to say, it was quite interesting. i just
cant wait to see what the band director has to say tomorrow.

next to my adventure, the best thing that happened was my
getting to watch The O.C. ::sniffs:: it was the season
finale, atleast there'll be another one. but the best part
to come of it was a song they used. i love much is
a cd burner? because i wants one. but yea, the song's
called "Hallelujah"

I heard there was a secret chord
That David played and it pleased the Lord
But you don't really care for music, do you?
It goes like this, the fourth, the fifth, the minor fall,
the major lift, the baffled king composing Hallelujah
Your faith was strong but you needed proof, you saw her
bathing on the roof, her beauty in the moonlight overthrew
She tied you to a kitchen chair, she broke your throne, she
cut your hair, and from your lips she drew the Hallelujah
Maybe I have been here before, I know this room; I have
walked this floor, I used to live alone before I knew you
I've seen your flag on the marble arch, love is not a
victory march, it's a cold and its a broken Hallelujah
There was a time you let me know whats really going on
below, but now you never show it to me, do you? (and)
Remember when I moved in you; the holy dark was moving too,
and every breath we drew was Hallelujah
Maybe there's a God above, and all I ever learned from love
was how to shoot at someone who outdrew you
And its not a cry you can hear at night, its not somebody
who's seen the light, its a cold and its a broken

so yea, theres that. all in all, not a bad day.
