I don't understand all of this but i found it on this
present computer- this here place, first floor, extended
hours study room, four tables from the very back, across
from this beerbellied ever-yawning man with a cap cap cap
on and a trodden joe look. this file "neuro 3."

Sir Henry Hallott Dale hypothesized that a neuron extends
its metabolic activity from the soma to all of its
processes. Essentially this principle states only
metabolic processes that occur in the soma can reach or
control events occurring in distal part of the neurons.
Eccles restated and expanded Dale’s principle to propose
that a neuron releases the same transmitter at all of its
processes. Both of these formulations can accommodate
multiple messengers in a single neuron, requiring only
that
the molecules be distributed in all processes. Recent
data
indicates that multiple peptide transmitters are targeted
to different process within a single Aplysia neuron. The
presence of the same peptide in different processes
indicates that there are exceptions to Dale’s principle,
and suggests that single neurons containing multiple
transmitters may have the capacity to spatially direct
different types of output.

it's an empty warm seat, a human's cold shadow, the
moisture a hand leaves on a squeeky-clean window. it is
the evidence of life, of thought, of possiblity. it is a
fossilized moment of 10 minutes ago. it is inspiring
right
now, in this dreary hour.

now he is sitting up. hands over his face like a stressed
middleman. fiddling his cross like a contemplative
asceticist. oh scrap that look, now we're scratching our
ass. no, actually take that back, lets go for the cross,
and inadvertently fondle our chest hair. as i thought,
he's finally fidgeted enough to tickle the hairs of his
balls. he goes under.

i'm not worth the words on this page.
