TO WIN

a special train of thought
a motivating stance
an optimistic eye
the right to fight
the will to move on
learn the difference between
sacrificing time with loved ones
to look to the future.

THE FUTURE

something new to figure out
an enternal struggle to put together
another jigsaw puzzle of life

but for the problems of today will be no more,
and in this passage of time I will be that much the wiser
and even easier to laughter.
