Quest to be Navy Chaplain

Day 1

Today i am beginning to keep a log of all my activities
and such in my quest to become a navy chaplain. This will
require substantial weight-loss on my part, as well as
increased physical activity.

I have until may of 2005 to meet my physical goals which
are

weight- 185 lbs.

bmi index- 17

distance- 4 miles

pushups- 75 (per 2 minutes)

sit-ups- 80 (per 2 minutes)

Current totals are

weight- 246

bmi index- 25

distance- 2 miles(walking)

pushups- 3

situps- 10

I just started the Naval Physical training program this
week and I am progressing well. I will keep you updated on
my progress as I go along.
