Difficult choices

The London underground is gash. Crap. Pants. I had to
rely on it this morning to get in. I missed the train by
3 seconds on the platform, but since there was 5 minutes
being displayed until the next one I didn't care too much.

I get suspicious as I noticed the 'minutes' were counting
down rather slowly.. One minute for every 3 REAL minutes
to be exact. So yes this 5 minutes turned into 15
minutes. Then after that an announcement to say a
defective train has closed all North-bound Northern line
services. So I ended up having to walk from London Bridge
to Old Street. One word. Livid! No wait.. Irony. I
need to use it that one time, and they close the route.
That's the way the stupid cookie crumbles.

I want to thank Naomi for saying hello to me last night.
As stupid as it sounds I was rather glad she stopped by.
Somehow completed my evening. Thanks again. And if you
read this, don't feel like you were being insensitive.
It's not the case, not at all. Like I said. Take it easy.

May as well mention another friend of mine while I am
here. Hayley. Whenever I need to talk, you never cease
to amaze me, the way you can make me laugh, but at the
same time be that serious leaning post for me. You're an
Angel. I'm sorry you had to go through that crap with
Steve. (Another Steve I have to add). No one deserves
that.

One of my friends is a cause for concern. I won't mention
a name here, but.. Any feedback on this issue would be
greatly appreciated.

Here's the gig.

He's always attracted to girls from various chat rooms.
He has always been this way and as far as I am aware it'll
never change. HOWEVER. Recently, he has taken things a
bit further than I am comfortable with, being a friend.
He's infatuated with a girl from Easten Europe who is an
internet lapdancer basically. For a minute to minute
premium he can talk to her and have a little 'show' put on
for him. The issue is that he says he loves her. To me
that sounds ludicrous, but she says everything he wants to
hear to coax him into paying the premium fares. He's now
even talking about going to see her in February. No
matter how much I try to talk to him about it he is ok so
long as I'm saying what he wants to hear. When I don't he
closes off and it's like talking to a brick wall. She's
gonna ride him for every penny. Something inside me tells
me he chooses blindly to do it despite all advice - so he
deserves what happens. The other side of me tells me to
intervene. What should I do?
