Must be more to life

This is from the off broadway production of Debbie does
dallas, Its called "Must be more to life" its also known
as "Debbie's theme" Its reallllllllllly pretty to hear.
It was never performed on the stage but its on the "off
broadway Cast Recording" of Debbie does dallas.

Where did this feeling come from, this fire that burns
inside this Need to be more then I am, this never ending
jive, every now and then I stop and think of what It means
the person I’ve become my life was following the
dream, ::dreams change when your away, Love doesn’t
always save the day, sometimes life give you more then you
can take but if your strong you keep moving on:: there’s a
light at the end of a dark and lonely road there is hope
even when I feel so very low I believe in the end I will
know if there’s more to life then getting where I think I
need to go, I am standing on the edge of life wondering if
I’m lost will I ever truly have the time to count the cost
if I choose to stay when my heart tells me to go can I live
with knowing there’s a life I’ll never know, ::dreams
change when your away, love that is strong can always fade
sometime life gives you more then you can take but if your
strong you keep moving on.:: There’s a Light at the end a
dark and lonely road there is hope even when you feel so
very low I believe in the end I know I will know that
there’s more to life then getting to where I need to go,
maybe I won’t make it but I will never know if I don’t go,
maybe I can’t take it but I have to try to touch the sky
even if its just to high, at least I’ll know I tried to
make it by, there’s a light at the end of a Dark and lonely
Road there is hope even when you feel so very low I believe
in the end we will know that there’s more to life then
getting, must be more to life then getting where we think
we need to go.
