my ana diary
So it's been almost a year since I've last written in here.
Still trying to do the same thing that I was before too.
Haven't made ANY progress either.
But today I started my 7 day liquid fast in order to
hopefully lose 10 pounds by the time school starts which is
in exactly one week.
I've gained so much weight this year, due to severe
depression which landed me in a state of antisocial,
cutting, eating like whoA for like 5 months. So right now
I've lost like 7 pound and got myself down to 138, which is
fucking huge seeing as last year I was 118 during the whole
I'm pissed and I'm changing everything about myself.
Anyways, today I had at the most 300 calories. And I worked
out, cuz i had crew practice at 7 am.I think I'm going to
have a protien shake every morning (220) and then jsut
water and diet soda if I can get my hands on it.
Ummm...I think I might go downstairs and lift for a while,
I need it.
