DINNER: Fried chicken, rice, corn on the cob, sliced
tomatoes and cucumbers, biscuits and blackberry pie with
homemade vanilla ice cream for dessert.

WHAT'S IN JOHN'S LUNCHBOX: Meatloaf sandwich with barbeque
sauce; leftover pork and rice to microwave; two buttered
blueberry muffins; a slice of pineapple upside cake; a piece
of blackberry pie; a nectarine, an apple, an orange and a
banana; two containers of iced tea; one of iced coffee and
one of orange juice.

QUILTING: Worked a bit on Christmas bazaar crafts.

WHAT I'M GRATEFUL FOR: A sense of joy in living

WEATHER: Clear and warm with highs in the low 90s
