I have got to get it together. My life is out of control.
There is no structure. I have no self discipline. My body
is out of control. My habits are out of control. My
spending is out of control. This cannot continue.

I'm going abroad. I think I need the experience to put
things in perspective and get me focused back on the
things I need to be focused on.

So here I go, I guess.
