Baking

I did all the baking--a cake, a pie and a double batch of
cookies--by 8:30 a.m. this morning. I wanted to get it all
done early as it's supposed to get quite hot today.
I call the cake I made--a white cake with pink cherry
frosting and a single cherry on top--a Minnie Mouse cake
because I remember a cartoon when she made just
such a cake.

I rewarded my industriousness by taking a nap in the
afternoon.
