hmmm. so I need to eat 21 points today.
here is the plan:
oatmeal - 3 points (ok, I all ready ate that)
morning snack - egg - 2
lunch - healthy choice turkey and potatos, with extra
rosemary potatos and green beans - 8
afternoon snack (around 4pm)- chopped salad - 4
if I get hungry during the day here is the plan:
drink water
drink tea
drink diet mountain dew
that would be 17 points. for dinner, I would like to eat the
rest of the potatos...which would be 4 points. that equals 21.
tonight, to keep active, if i dont go for coffee, I will mow
the front grass, and if I'm feeling pretty active, clean the
bathroom.
this morning i weighed in at 146.0, which means I'd weigh
145 at weight watchers, so I definately lost weight this
week. If I can make it through today without doing anything
crazy, I'll show a loss tomorrow morning.
