Chicken & Pasta Stir Fry

---------------------------------------

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 large; Green, Red and Yellow Peppers
1 large onion or 2 small ones
2 medium sized tomatoes
1 pack of tortellini (or 1 1/2 cups worth)

Cayanne
Chili pepper
Oregano
Thyme
garlic


The marinade:

White sugar
Corn starch
Soy Sauce
Bbq Sauce
Terriyaki sauce

the end:

Chedder/Mozza cheese (grated)
or Parmesian Cheese for flavor

Take the chicken breasts, cut them up either thin or
thick, and put them into a bowl.

in the bowl, put a couple of pinches of corn starch,
the sugar, the soy sauce and terriyaki. a little bbq
enough to
mix them up nicely and marrinate the mix for about
an hour or so, not too long, cover it up with plastic
wrap or something and leave it out, it will stay cold
even for up to an hour 1/2

in the meantime, cook the tortellini, anyway you like
I suppose you could use, spagetti, or rigatoni, but
i like cheese ravioli, which i make myself, or you can
get some prepackaged stuff, whatever, it all works

once you've done the pasta, drain it, and toss it into
a frying pan, sorta cook it until a little brown on and
crispy, not burnt mind you.

take out the pasta and put it onto a plate.

Now, take the chicken out, and throw that into
the frying pan, cook it until it's nice and golden
brown. Add in the spices, and add in some Wine
if you like.

take that out, and put it onto the plate with the
pasta.

third and almost last step... throw in the veggies, cook
them, but not too long, then toss in everything else in
and bang

let it simmer for about, mmm, 15 mins, or so

and then serve...

i usually cook things at high heat, i can't stand
waiting around by cooking at like medium, but
use your own discresion when cooking
