Learning to Fly

A Moment for the History Books...

It is March 20th in the year 2003. American forces have
been bombing Iraq/Kuwait for 20 and a half hours now. They
started last night at 9pm. Saddam Hussein had 48 hours to
surrender. Of course, he didn't, so how we are at war.

I still remember exactly what I was doing and where I was
at when the World Trade Center was hit. I know that I'll
remember last night forever.

I think that this is the only way things are going to get
solved at this point. Yes, we will probably kill innocent
women and children. This is NOT what I support. I do
support the deaths of Saddam Hussein, his two sons and his
senior leaders. They have a miniture version of the
holocaust going on in Iraq and it's time that that needs to
stop. Rape rooms, acid baths, giant paper shredders (not
used for paper) are just a few of the ways that Saddam is
torturing his people. This has to stop. No one deserves to
live like that. If war is the only way at this point, then
yes, I support the war. But I still don't support George W.
Bush. But...I do support the men and women who have signed
up to fight for my country so I can live in freedom. They
have put their lives on the line for me, my family and my
country so I have to tip my hat the them.

Whatever happens, remember that Bush is still an idiot, but
the troops are fighting for us.

Peace.
