10 week Summary
Overall, I've lost 10 pounds in 10 weeks, w/o exercising
consistantly.
I've counted most every point and logged it. Some things
I've logged and not counted. I've only not logged nor
counted 1 thing - that would be anything I've added to my
coffee. Coffee gives me such joy - I could never give it up.
If a doctor told me I had to give it up or die, well, I
would seriously think about jumping off a cliff.
To sum up my feelings about my weigh-loss - I'm pleased. I'm
15 pounds away from my goal..and yes, after next week, I'm
signing up for another round at Weight Watchers.
...tomorrow...will I or won't I go to the gym? That is the
question.
