Bid My Blood to Run

Yeah, still listening to Evanescence like a freakin' maniac.

Wow, today was a good day. Absolutely boring, non-effort-y
first half of the day; did manage to at least start
timeline for history. Also, did not have to read poem for
English, hah! Although DID come up with some DAMN good
questions for Monday. And then I'm DONE with my
poem ::flounces:: I may have to go third, but I can forget
about it for the rest of the semester!

Lunchtime was very lunchtime-esque. In Spanish we spent the
whole period trying to convince Señora to either take us
outside or to the art show (we were unsuccessful, but she
DID say she'd take us tomorrow). Economics was exactly like
economics always is: an opportunity to wander the halls and
then a. read or b. sleep. Today I chose a combination of
the three. Nearly done with _Good Omens_, which is VERY
funny. Funnier than Terry Prachett's normal stuff (I find
the Discworld novels a bit TOO zany. _Hitchhiker_, while
zany, is zany in just the right places, with no extra
zaniness cluttering it up).

Barse was finally my ticket to the art show, even if it was
just the last ten minutes of class. Some REALLY great stuff
in there, especially the photography (I sort of miss
photography now). Nice to see OldGuyontheMetro again!

Oh, found my student ID buried in the recesses of my
backpack, so that's ONE thing I didn't lose. Going to the
MVA in about fifteen minutes to get a new license, which I
BADLY need to drive to the Buddhist temple in Poolesville
on Saturday. That should be fun. We'll party with the
Buddhists.
