A short Story

“You’ve learned all you needed to learn from me, you
don’t need me anymore,” she blew him a kiss and stepped
back, off the rocky cliff, into the ocean, a quarter of a
mile below.
As she fell, her tears blew into the wind, and she was
engulfed by the sea. He wasn’t expecting it, he ran to the
edge, looked down with hope, and fear, and despair.
She was gone, in any sense, in every sense. She was gone.
He sat on the edge of the cliff, his tears fell into the
sea, it engulfed them. How quickly things begin, and how
quickly they end.
